OUR HISTORY

1950
Foundation
The business began with Pasquale Carlino, father of the current Sole Administrator (Nino), who in the 1950s took over the family business together with his brother-in-law with whom they founded Dimino & Carlino.
1980
Carlino srl
Since 1984 Dimino & Carlino company was absorbed by Carlino srl and everything passed under Carlino’s family control.
1990
Export and ISO 9001 Certification
The company introduces fillets in oil and, first in the industry, obtains ISO 9001 certification. With success and the start of exports, in 1993 he started domestic production of anchovy fillets and paste.
2020
ISO 14001 Certification
Every year the company invests to improve and innovate production, maintaining high quality standards with an industrial process with an artisanal feel, while respecting the environment. This commitment leads to ISO 14001 environmental certification.
2010
Innovative packaging patent “La Barchetta”
The company decides to start a complete and diversified Line of vacuum trays, realizing through a patented format “THE BARCHETTA” an innovative, modern and attractive packaging that can keep the product in optimal condition.
2020
Restyling of the corporate brand and premium line “Fior d’Acciuga” production
Having obtained BRC and IFS certification, the company reports a presence with its products in 14 countries and 4 continents beyond Italy and initiates brand restyling and starts production of the FIOR D’ACCIUGA Line for the premium market segment.
